KNOCK THROUGH IN SE26

We liased with building control for the steel, we moved a door, fixed a dropped lintel above a door in an outside building and added a downstairs WC. We had to include fairly sunstantial foundadtions and new columns to support the steel and plastered the walls. The floor had dropped a little so we leveled it up.
Here are some pictures of what we did (The work in progress).

- When you remove walls in old buildings expect to find some issues.

- Supporting pillars built and steel inserted.

- Chimney opened for cast iron fireplace.

- Downstairs WC installed.
We noticed some rot when we removed the wall, but it wasn’t a problem and was easily sorted.
